⚠️ SUMMARY INFO: The service purchased from our platform does not include physical cargo delivery. Saplings are planted in the lands designated by the seller, and documents are delivered digitally.

DELIVERY POLICY

1. Will a Cargo Tracking Number Be Provided?

No. Our service is a "Sapling Planting Service". Therefore, no cargo company will come to your address. The "Order Number" and "Certificate Link" sent to you via e-mail when the order is completed indicate that the delivery has been made.

2. When Will My Sapling Be Planted?

For the health of the saplings, planting operations are carried out according to the schedule determined by our Forest Engineers (Usually between November and March when rainfall is abundant). Your digital certificate is delivered at the time of order.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Can I Cancel My Order?

Our system automatically generates the personalized certificate (PDF) and saves it to the database as soon as the order is confirmed. Since it falls under the status of "customized products prepared specifically for the individual," legally no cancellation can be made after the order is created.

FORCE MAJEURE AND NATURAL RISKS

The service you purchase covers the planting of a sapling, which is a living organism. Our platform undertakes the planting and initial care of the sapling. However;

in the event that the sapling is damaged due to reasons beyond our control, our Platform has no legal compensation liability (refund). Nevertheless, in line with our "Green Future" mission, we carry out compensatory plantings within our means in damaged areas.
