The total price of the service including taxes is the amount specified on the order summary page and the invoice sent to the Buyer. There is no additional shipping or delivery cost.

2.1. The subject of this agreement relates to the sale of the "Sapling Planting and Maintenance Service" ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER's website.
2.2. The Buyer accepts and declares that they have been informed in an electronic environment about the seller's name, title, full address, telephone, and other contact information, the basic characteristics of the service sold, the sales price including taxes, payment method and expenses, and all preliminary information about the product subject to sale, the exercise of the right of withdrawal, how to exercise the right of withdrawal, how to convey their complaints and objections, the performance of the service subject to sale by the seller, and its requirements, that they have confirmed this preliminary information electronically, and subsequently placed the service order.
2.3. The invoice issued upon the order placed by the Buyer is an integral part of this agreement.
3.1. No Physical Delivery: The saplings subject to the agreement are not sent to the BUYER's address. Delivery is deemed to have occurred when the sapling is brought together with the soil in the afforestation area determined by the SELLER.
3.2. Virtual Delivery: A Digital Certificate and coordinate information, which serve as proof that the transaction has been completed, are sent to the BUYER via e-mail.
Regarding their complaints and requests, the Buyer may first contact the Seller directly via the address and communication channels specified in Article 1. In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Consumer Courts in the settlement of the Buyer or the Seller are authorized.
Situations developing outside the SELLER's control and making the performance of the service impossible, such as natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake), war, mobilization, strike, epidemic disease, or extreme seasonal drought, are considered "Force Majeure". In these situations, the SELLER has the right to postpone performance or change the field.
This agreement has been read and its contents, all information, and conditions accepted by the Buyer both before placing the order on the website and after placing the order.
